This design was only used for three novels: Les enfants du capitaine Grant, L'île mystérieuse et Matthias Sandorf. 
Some parts lacking some gilt in the lower part of the front board, slightly sunned spine with some rubbing to spine-ends, rubbed lower corners, bent upper corners.
