Contemporary half brown shagreen over marbled paper boards, spine in five compartments spotted in gilt and with double blindruled compartments, small repairs to head of joints, marbled endpapers and pasetdowns, ex libris inside upper cover.
A good copy almost entirely free of foxing.
In a charming contemporary binding, which is rare, most copies having been humbly bound at the time.
