First edition, illustrated with a title vignette and 6 figures engraved by Lambert after famous paintings. At the end of the work, 12 pages with engraved frames featuring different motifs including astrological signs, one per month; the souvenir section to be filled in by the owner. Contemporary full straight-grained red morocco binding. Smooth spine decorated in grotesque style with a central radiating tool and scattered stars (the spine evokes Bozerian bindings). Decorative border on covers. Scattered pale foxing, very light. Edges gilt. Very handsome copy. The almanac contains the calendar for the year and numerous texts by Ducis, Tissot, Fanny de Beauharnais, Boufflers, Berchoux...
