Photographic postcard inscribed by Maurice Chevalier to Alice Rim, whose pen name was Caro Canaille, depicting Mistinguett in 1903. "Chère Caro Canaille, comme vous êtes généreuse de vous donner le mal de me faire savoir une si touchante opinion de petite fille. Mais vous m'avez toujours montré votre amitié. Bonnes vacances. Maurice Chevalier. 8.6.63."] Carlo Rim was a Provençal writer, author of "Ma belle Marseille", a caricaturist, a filmmaker and was notably the friend of Fernandel, Raimu and Marcel Pagnol but also of Max Jacob and André Salmon whom he met in Sanary.
