Postcard dated January 19, 1943 and addressed to the writer, journalist and chronicler Noël B. de la Mort about the book recently published by his friend Michel Mohrt "French intellectuals before the defeat of 1870".
Henri de Montherlant wishes to draw the attention of his correspondent to this book, which "seems to me to be a burning issue, and I believe that nothing would be easier than to quote it in one of your brilliant chronicles".
