New edition. Contemporary full brown sheep binding. Decorated raised band spine. Brown calf title label. One lack to head; tail partly torn away. 2 corners slightly bumped. Generally rubbed. Second leaf with tear starting from bottom extending 5cm. The second endleaf before the title page is missing. The first Greek-Latin dictionary is followed by an inverted Latin-Greek dictionary; it includes a series of expressions and proverbs given in Greek and Latin and two treatises: De resolutione verborum, de articulis. This dictionary remained famous and was reprinted until the 19th century, and was long intended for generations of students. It is the work of the famous grammarian, lexicographer and Latinist Schrevel, who translated numerous Latin authors.
