Autograph postcard signed by Jean Paulhan, 12 lines, addressed from Saint-Paul de Vence to Felia Leal, publisher of "Paroles transparentes", a work by Jean Paulhan decorated with 14 original lithographs by Georges Braque. The recto of the postcard is a photograph of the orange blossom harvest in Saint-Paul de Vence. "Tuesday, dear Felia. Chagall is still in Italy for another ten to twelve days. But he tells me he has just written you the letter you wanted. And I am working on my story, as best I can. I embrace you. Jean P." At the top of the postcard, after the word "Tuesday", Felia Leal has noted the date of receipt: received November 2nd, 1956.
