Original 17th-century manuscript executed in black ink. Approximately 16 lines per page. Only the titles are in French, the rest in Latin. Round handwriting, very legible.
Contemporary full black morocco binding. Raised bands spine decorated with compartments. Black morocco title-label. Fillet frame on the boards. Interior roulette. Edges gilt. One restoration to the lower joint at the foot, with a slight crack. Handsome copy.
