- Opinion delivered by the Lieutenant General of the Seneschalcy of Maine, in execution of the Decree of 17 December 1749. On the making, quality & price of bread, & related matters (sic). 4 pp.
- Memorial in the Case presented on Saturday, 24 April 1751. For the Bakers of Le Mans, Plaintiffs. Against the Mayor & Aldermen of the same City, Defendants. 12 pp. "The Bakers seek the annulment of a test conducted in Le Mans following a Court Decree of 17 December 1749, in which the inclusion of 30 to 35 livres of bran in the bread per bushel of wheat resulted in such an exorbitant price for bread as has never been heard of; they request that another test be conducted in the presence of one of the Gentlemen (sic) at the city's expense, in which at least 100 livres of bran per bushel of wheat shall remain, as is the case in all the Cities of the Kingdom." Followed by a summary of the facts, decrees, briefs, and opinions concerning bread in Le Mans since 1745.
