Boards elaborately decorated with a central gilt panel bearing the American eagle and the motto: E pluribus unum. Broad red and black border with several red and gilt medallions on a black ground. Gilt edges. A few scattered marginal foxmarks. Some rubbing, notably to the headcaps. Corners softened.
