    Rare example of this propaganda leaflet published by the Nazi Occupier, which became the most iconic image of the Resistance. This smaller version of the famous Affiche Rouge features the poster on the recto and a paragraph on the verso castigating « l'Armée du crime contre la France » ("the Army of Crime against France"). It opens with accusations against the « rêve mondial du complot juif » ("the global dream of the Jewish conspiracy") and claims that « si des Français sabotent, pillent et tuent (...) ce sont toujours des juifs qui les inspirent » ("if Frenchmen sabotage, loot, and kill (...) it is always Jews who inspire them").

    Superb invitation poster-card for the 1930 edition of the Bal des Quat'Z'Arts, still bearing its stub in the lower section. Very fine color illustration by Yves Brayer and O. Rabaud depicting a menacing Aragonese knight being charmed by an oriental dancer.
    The theme of the famous fine arts students' ball, which took place on June 21 at the Porte de Versailles, was the capture of Granada by the Aragonese knights - on the invitation, one can read the following text: "Le sultan Abou-Abdillah se fait vider de Grenade par les bandes d'Aragon, ainsi que la chose s'est très véridiquement passée en 1492.     First edition of the French adaptation of this song for voice and piano, the front cover illustrated with a large two-colour composition signed by Paul Colin.

    The song originated as a Viennese schlager in 1929, with music by Karl M. May and lyrics by Charles Amberg, published in Berlin by Karl Brüll. It was adapted into French the following year by André Mauprey and Louis Lemarchand for the revue Un Coup de folie, first performed at the Folies-Bergère in 1930.

    Rare original folding colored map of the city of Shanghai printed on heavy paper and including the street names in English, as well as an extensive grid to find locations. It was published under the authority of the Shanghai city council in 1933.
    A skillfully repaired tear touching the index.
    There is a variation of this map in existence – without the grid or the key – of which an example is preserved in the University of Chicago library. We have not otherwise been able to find any other example of this map.
