Bradel binding in full mouse-gray cloth, smooth spine slightly faded decorated with a gilt floral motif, double gilt fillet and gilt date at foot, chocolate shagreen title-label, original wrappers preserved, contemporary binding signed in blind by Pierson. Autograph inscription signed by the author who was Arthur Rimbaud's classmate at the college of Charleville. Some minor foxing.
