New edition of the French translation. Half sheep binding in dark green, spine in four compartments decorated with gilt fillets and panels showing minor rubbing at head and foot. Copy complete with the English, Italian, Spanish and German translations of this text by Coluthus. Some foxing.
New edition, first in part, one of 30 numbered copies on Japon ancien, tirage de tête. Including 'Lampes to Arc', 'Feuilles de température', '25 poèmes sans oiseaux'. A tiny lack to foot of spine, slightly and partly sunned, not serious. Good copy with edges preserved.

Later complete edition, the last before it was censored. Rare autograph inscription signed by Evariste Parny to one of his friends, enriched with a manuscript note explaining to the recipient that ‘this edition is the only complete one'. Ex libris to upper inside cover. Complete with publisher's catalogue at end, the end partly shaved not touching text, a few small rare wormholes, not serious.
