After the indulgent Christian festivities of December and January, Feu Follet’s investigation takes you on the trail of a modern disciple of Saint Francis, Charles de Foucauld, who, like his illustrious predecessor, laid down arms for a life of asceticism and altruism. Written from his hermitage in the Hoggar Mountains, on the Assekrem plateau, the letter presented today offers a glimpse into the life of an hermit among the Tuareg people—a life lived by one of the very few contemporary Saints.
