First edition. The privilege was shared with Mathieu Bonhomme in Lyon, as we find perfectly similar copies but with different addresses. Bilingual edition, with the text upstream and in italics, and 2 columns sharing the translation. Printer's device on title page.
Contemporary full brown sheep binding, certainly from Lyon. Spine with raised bands decorated with 4 fleurons. Title label in the first compartment, partly torn off. Central rectangular frame on covers, formed by 3 thick fillets, with fleurons in the corners and central gilt medallion. The whole rubbed and stained.
