    Half brown morocco with corners, lightened spine with five raised bands set with gilt fillets and decorated with double gilt decorated compartments, gilt date at foot, black fillet frame on marbled paper boards, combed paper endpapers and pastedowns, covers and spine preserved, top edge gilt.
    Precious autograph inscription signed by Hugues Rebell to the symbolist and occultist poet Paul Redonnel who was an ardent defender of the Occitan language.

    Work illustrated with a frontispiece etching by Armand Rassenfosse, and decorated with illustrations including color plates by Henri Detouche, André des Gachons, Joseph Sattler and Ulm.
    Our copy is complete with its publication prospectus.
    Binding rubbed, handsome interior condition despite minor foxing without gravity.

    Handsome autograph inscription from Hugues Rebell to Alphonse Daudet.
    A good copy complete with the publisher's catalog at end.
