Half-green shagreen binding, spine with five raised bands decorated with gilt double compartments, rubbing to headcaps and spine, blind-ruled frame on green paper boards, small lack of paper to lower right corner of front board, combed paper endpapers and pastedowns, all edges gilt.
Handsome interior condition despite some occasional light foxing.
