Autograph letter signed by Philippe Sollers addressed to his friend Jani Brun (7 lines in blue ink) apologizing for having to cancel their appointment: "...ça ne marche pas, malheureusement, pour ce soir..." ["...it doesn't work out, unfortunately, for tonight..."] but that he will not fail to let her know when he is back in Paris: "... je pars sans doute quelques jours. Je te fais signe à mon retour." ["...I'm probably leaving for a few days. I'll get in touch when I return."]
Central fold inherent to the envelope preparation.
Envelope included on which Philippe Sollers has simply indicated the surname and first name of his correspondent, a date indicated in pencil, probably that of the receipt of the note by Jani Brun.
