Billet autographe signé adressé à Jani Brun

Autograph signed note from Philippe Sollers addressed to his friend Jani Brun (7 lines in black ink) informing her that his health is not good: "... je ne vais pas très bien en ce moment..." ["... I am not doing very well at the moment..."] but that he will let her know when he feels better.
Envelope included on which Philippe Sollers has simply indicated the surname and first name of his correspondent, with a date noted in pencil, probably that of the receipt of the note by Jani Brun.
