Unpublished manuscript letter of one page from Blanchot's German translator addressed to Blanchot in 1962 after reading L'attente l'oubli which would motivate Hubner's first translation. This is undoubtedly one of the first letters from the German writer addressed to Maurice Blanchot. He expresses his wonder at Blanchot's writing, four works of which he would subsequently translate. Éditions Kimé recently published the correspondence between the two writers from 1963 onwards and Hubner's translation work on L'attente l'oubli. This first letter has remained unpublished until today.
