Original drawing in pencil heightened with black felt-tip pen depicting in profile his great friend the writer and poet André Salmon with the sleeves of his turtleneck sweater rolled up. The drawing was made on tracing paper and mounted on a sheet, the drawing is captioned in red felt-tip pen: "André Salmon". Carlo Rim was a Provençal writer, author of "Ma belle Marseille", a caricaturist, a filmmaker and was notably the friend of Fernandel, Raimu and Marcel Pagnol but also of Max Jacob and André Salmon whom he met in Sanary.
