Half black shagreen binding, spine with five raised bands set with gilt dots decorated with gilt fleurons, one joint very slightly cracked at foot, boards decorated at corners with gilt floral motifs, a small trace of white wax on first cover, gilt roulettes on headcaps, frame of double gilt fillet on pastedowns, marbled endpapers and pastedowns.
Some light foxing.
