Half vellum-style boards binding, smooth spine decorated with double fillets and black fleurons some of which are slightly faded, black date at foot, floral patterned paper boards, original wrappers preserved, top edge red, contemporary binding.
A handsomely prepared copy, some minor foxing without gravity affecting essentially the edges.
Autograph inscription signed by Philippe de Massa to Julia Depoix who created the role of Chérubin in "A la bonne franquette": "A ma petite amie Julia Depoix (the last letter having been trimmed by the binder) avec mes plus affectueux remerciements. Ph. de Massa."
