We include a court summons in the name of Nadine Nimier, issued by bailiff Gustave Karsenti and dated 19 June 1973, as a witness for Bernard Noël's lawyer, prosecuted by the court in criminal proceedings at the 17th chamber on 25 June 1973 for offence against public morals through his work "Le Château de Cène". Despite the defence and testimony of Nadine Nimier, Bernard Noël, the author of the work, was condemned on 9 July 1973 to a 3000 franc fine and his publisher, Jérome Martineau, to 4000 francs.
