First edition on ordinary paper, no mention of deluxe copies.
Bradel binding in half periwinkle cloth, smooth spine decorated with gilt floral motif, double gilt fillet at foot, red shagreen title-label with some minor traces of rubbing, marbled paper boards, corners slightly bumped, top edge gilt, contemporary unsigned binding but attributable to Lancelin.
Signed autograph inscription from Paul Déroulède to Paul Ollendorff on the half-title page which shows a very slight lack at foot.
