First edition, one of 40 numbered copies on Alfa paper, only leading copies. Precious and beautiful copy presented under shirt and case of Devauchelle: shirt in half morocco burgundy, paper plates way wood, beige felt interior, boards of the paper case way wood. Our copy is enriched by an autograph letter signed a page of Alfred Dreyfus, dated February 3, 1934, to Felix Rengade, Dreyfusard of the first hour notwithstanding his friendships and Catholic relations, in which he responds to his correspondent who suggests speaking after the publication of Schwartzkoppen's notebooks in 1930; Alfred Dreyfus judging the suggestion very interesting reminds that three books have already appeared, that of Louis Leblois in 1929, then that of Bruno Weil in 1930 and finally that of Armand Charpentier in 1933, envelope attached.
