First edition of the Spanish translation of "Vitriol de lune" which won the Prix Goncourt a year earlier. Bradel binding in full moiré-patterned paper, smooth spine, brown morocco title-label, covers and spine preserved, contemporary binding signed by Schroeder. Precious signed autograph inscription from the translator J. de Saseta: "Au maître Henri Béraud en souvenir des longues heures passées en communication spirituelle avec lui." ["To master Henri Béraud in memory of the long hours spent in spiritual communication with him."] Some minor foxing affecting mainly the white endpapers of the binding.
