Letter of praise addressed to Jean Jullien in response to the autograph dedication of the author of his book The Living Theater : " I enjoyed reading them again probably because I find there the reflection of my own opinions, certainly less subtle than the yours ". Daudet also mentions La Mer , a piece published in 1891.
