Original drawing on tracing paper in blue ballpoint pen captioned "Max Linder au tennis" in pencil, depicting the actor and director Max Linder hopping about, using a tennis racket like a mandolin. The drawing is ruled in blue pencil and includes annotations by Carlo Rim regarding dimensions, the latter having added a piece from another sheet which he glued to the lower right margin of the drawing and which bears his name. Finally, a printed stamp from France-Soir appears below the drawing. Carlo Rim was a Provençal writer "Ma belle Marseille", a caricaturist, a filmmaker and was notably the friend of Fernandel, Raimu and Marcel Pagnol as well as Max Jacob and André Salmon whom he met in Sanary.
