The scroll, made of relatively thick paper is covered with fine silk on the side where the engraving is mounted. The 11 scenes consist of a single long printing on 180 cm, one can perceive by the presence of the lower margin that these 11 scenes were thus printed several times on a large sheet, which were then cut out. Printed on mulberry paper. The sheets have been backed, due to paper weakened in the upper section by wormholes.
Member of the Utagawa school, and undoubtedly the best student of the school's founder, Utagawa Kunisada I. He created several large sets of prints, not only of processions, but of the city of Yokohama to which he devoted much of his work.

In the 12th century, Tokimune avenges his father's death by killing his murderer, Kudo Suketsune. Toshihide was a pupil of Yoshitoshi, his prints are characterized by a blend of traditional and Western styles.
