Full mottled calf bindings, spines with five raised bands decorated with gilt fleurons, red morocco title labels, marbled paper endpapers and pastedowns, gilt rolls on edges, red edges. Joints, corners, raised bands and edges rubbed. Lower headcap of vol. 2 rubbed. Pages lightly and uniformly browned on vol. 1 (144-168), some minor stains on pp. 357-59 of vol. 2.
