Handsome copy with very lightly sunned
endpapers and a little foxing, editor's chemise with ties, a clear dampstain to the spine.
Illustrated with 13 original lithographs by Henri Michaux, including one on a
double page, and another in green as cover.
Autograph inscription signed by Henri Michaux to Jean Sainjon.

New edition enriched with an introduction by Raymond Queneau, one of the numbered copies on Alfa paper, ours one of the 80 hors commerce.
Two insolations in the head and foot of the back, boards with tiny sunspots in heads.
