Binders half red leather Russia, back smooth ornate boxes, braces, irons poetic inspiration (pink, love or lyre) golden wavy ornate golden typographical motifs and cold friezes, gilded friezes and heads tails, some traces of friction on the back wheels golden on the caps, upper cover of Volume 1 threadbare, frames of two golden fillets with gold dots in spandrels crimping a cold lace on the boards, minor scuffs on the boards, waved nets gilded on the cuts, corners very lightly bumped minor, golden lace on the guards, guards and contreplats of handmade paper, all gilded, elegant romantic bindings signed by Thouvenin.
Illustrated book 6 engravings (frontispiece, 1) and 2 musical boards.
Some little foxing.
Copy drawn up by one of the largest bookbinders of the XIXth century.
