First annotated edition established by Gronovius, published posthumously. Decorated with a handsome frontispiece by A. de Blois. The second part consisting exclusively of Gronovius's commentaries has a half-title page and its own pagination.
Contemporary Dutch rigid full vellum binding. Smooth spine with title in black ink at head. Boards stamped with a blind central roundel. A small 1 cm lack to one edge. Good copy, in a handsome typical Dutch binding.
