Inscription from R. de Jaegher to a lady who was introduced to him by Paul Claudel enriched with Chinese ideograms drawn in black ink. One manuscript correction by the author in the text. Our copy is expanded with a typewritten letter from the author which he signed and addressed to the same lady. Joined to this letter is a reproduction of a photograph of a missionary father on the verso of which Raymond de Jaegher inscribed a few words for his correspondent which he adorns with Chinese ideograms, envelope included.
