Original sketches in black ballpoint pen and pencil by Carlo Rim depicting four portraits of Jean Cocteau in slight profile. One drawing is heightened with green felt-tip pen, another with black pen; two drawings being on the recto of the tracing paper sheet, the other two on the verso. Pencil annotations by Carlo Rim: "Voir portrait souvenir" and twice the mention "bon". A small hole in the upper left corner of the tracing paper and a red felt-tip scribble at the foot of the sheet. Carlo Rim was a Provençal writer "Ma belle Marseille", a caricaturist, a filmmaker and was notably the friend of Fernandel, Raimu and Marcel Pagnol but also of Max Jacob and André Salmon whom he met in Sanary.
