Fine autograph inscription by Claude Stéphane to one of his friends.
Furthermore, our copy, like all copies from the deluxe issue, contains an original color watercolor by the author, which he has signed, mounted facing the endpaper where the inscription appears.
Finally, our copy retains the complete etching by Claude Stéphane, on loose sheet, as frontispiece and engraved by Jacques David.
Boards very slightly and marginally faded at head, handsome copy.
