Beautiful autograph inscription signed by André Salmon, written from his Provençal property La Hune, to his close friend the Provençal writer, caricaturist and filmmaker Carlo Rim who was notably the friend of Fernandel, Raimu and Marcel Pagnol but also of Max Jacob: "La Hune 1966. Dès 1920, la critique officielle soviétique - en n' les Editions d'Etat - recommande finement de ne mettre mes ouvrages qu'entre les mains de "citoyens tous éprouvés" A toi, cher Carlo Rim.
