Half chocolate brown morocco binding, smooth spine with three tiny holes at head, marbled paper boards, marbled endpapers and pastedowns, minor surface abrasions at foot of second board, contemporary unsigned binding but attributable to Lancelin.
Signed autograph inscription from Octave Mirbeau to Paul Ollendorff.
