Half bordeaux shagreen binding with corners, spine with four raised bands set with blind fillets, marbled paper boards, endpapers and pastedowns, cover preserved.
Spine and boards very slightly and marginally lightened, without consequence.
Copy attractively bound.
Autograph inscription signed by André Maurois to Bernard Gauche: "... ces trois Mousquetaires...", manuscript signature of André Maurois below the justification page.
