Full purple calf binding, faded spine decorated with a gilt cartouche adorned with romantic gilt arabesques, traces of rubbing on the joints, gilt roulettes on the headcaps, frame of a garland stamped in blind as well as double gilt fillets on the boards, boards partially faded, marbled endpapers and pastedowns, gilt edges on the cuts, some scratches on the boards and cuts, marbled edges, contemporary binding.
Occasional light foxing.
