Half red sheep binding, smooth spine slightly faded decorated with triple gilt fillets and showing some minor rubbing, gilt name of the journal's director (gilder's error having inverted the "u" and "e" of Faguet), marbled paper boards, marbled endpapers and pastedowns, corners slightly bumped, contemporary binding.
