Le Mot is an illustrated weekly magazine directed by Paul Iribe assisted by Jean Cocteau. The illustrations adopt, most of the time, a satirical and strongly anti-German tone. It is in this magazine that Jean Cocteau publishes drawings under the pseudonym of Jim - the name of his dog.
Cover detached, paper yellowed as is often the case, some foxing and tears to the first cover.
