Full black cloth binding, smooth spine decorated with gilt arabesque tooling, sextuple blind-stamped fillet frame to boards, title and vignette depicting an allegory of victory accompanied by a cherub stamped in gilt to center of front board, corners very slightly bumped, yellow paper pastedowns and endpapers, publisher's binding.
