Contemporary full brown sheepskin binding. Spine with raised bands, decorated. Extensive restorations in light brown sheepskin to the spine with tooling reapplied. Repairs in brown sheepskin to the boards. Renewed endpapers. The three fleurs-de-lys of the French royal arms on the title vignette have been erased. A good copy, overall fresh.
