Original drawing in blue ballpoint pen signed in turquoise felt-tip and captioned in pencil "Trignol" depicting the actor Fernand Trignol standing, with a good-natured air and arms crossed. Fernand Trignol was also a specialist in slang to the point of being the "Langue verte" consultant for several directors such as Jacques Tourneur, Sacha Guitry in "Les mémoires d'un tricheur", Claude Autant-Lara in "Fric-Frac" and Jacques Becker in "Casque d'or". Carlo Rim was a Provençal writer, author notably of "Ma belle Marseille", a caricaturist, a filmmaker and was notably the friend of Fernandel, Raimu and Marcel Pagnol but also of Max Jacob and André Salmon whom he met in Sanary.
