First edition. In original wrappers, under chemise. Establishment of a commission against usurpers and obligation for the nobility to provide justifications for their titles since 1550. Those who will not be capable of doing so will be declared commoners and subject to a fine and tax. This declaration comes as a counterpoint to that of 1661.
