Half chocolate-brown morocco over marbled paper boards, spine in six compartments with gilt fillets and gilt fleurons, gilt initials to foot, a little light rubbing to spine, marbled endpapers and pastedowns, all edges gilt.

A very rare printing of what is the fourth printed work by Charles Baudelaire and which prefigures the “Flowers of Evil”.
