Precious and handsome signed autograph inscription from Renée Dunan to Henri Béraud: "... ce pauvre diable de booklet, aussi humilié de sa platitude (cf minceur) que des prétentions morales que je lui imposai, en hommage athlétiquement cordial" ["... this poor devil of a booklet, as humiliated by its platitude (cf. thinness) as by the moral pretensions I imposed upon it, in athletically cordial homage"].
Cover soiled with small tear without loss at head of spine and final signatures with large marginal tears after being decrowns with the Béraldian finger.
