With an exceptional and deeply moving presentation inscription, dated and signed by General De Gaulle: "En mémoire de Raymond Lasserre héroïque fils de France qui par son sacrifice pour l'honneur et la liberté inscrivit son combat sur les plus hauts sommets de la grandeur et de la dignité humaine.
